Delicate Dahlias: Some people

This August camp card uses a layout adaptable to other large stamps: one image in one corner and another fading off the opposite corner. The slight difference in the placement means the sentiment strip can be a bit higher than the middle.

When I was designing this card I was unhappy with the amount of “white” space. Spatters of stamped-off Crumb Cake looked wrong, as if I was desperate to fill in the space (which I was). The answer was the beautiful and complex Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder. I am using it for all kinds of things now!

There was some silliness at camp with suggestions for alternate inside sentiments! “Some people are just likable” and — what comes next?

My go-to “long” birthday sentiment, “Let’s Celebrate You” from Celebrate Sunflowers, also works here (without the potential sarcasm!).
