White butterflies

Three out of four March camp cards used the Butterfly Bouquet cling stamp. I love using Vellum Cardstock over patterned paper, especially when a bit of pattern shows past the Vellum. These butterflies — stamped just once in VersaMark, then embossed — seem to float above the paper. We used the Stamparatus to get a good impression of the images.

I’m sorry that the Butterfly Bijou paper is already gone, but patterns that provide a similar effect can be found in other packs (like the Dandy Garden 6″ x 6″ DSP).

A short length of this ribbon was secured behind the sentiment and wrapped around the right edge. No need to use it where it doesn’t show! Inside the card is a liner of Basic White with a sentiment (also from Best Year) stamped in Terracotta Tile, a cousin to Calypso Coral and a retiring color.
