Flowering Vine: Deepest sympathy

Just the other day, we needed a card expressing sympathy for the death of a friend. I knew I had several cards in my stash; when I find a design suitable for expressing sympathy, I make several so I don’t have to scramble to create something appropriate.

This card, from February camps, is simple enough to make in multiples — even with the seemingly millions of tiny pieces generated from this die. After dozens and dozens of valentines and camp cards, my studio floor is pretty … colorful. But the results are worth it.

Knowing that we have only slightly more than two weeks for Sale-A-Bration is making me kind of hysterical. How will I stamp without this Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper (free with a qualifying purchase during SAB)? It makes the drama of this card oh so simple.

Recently I have been buying only the stamp set or only the dies from bundles. It’s not that I don’t like Vine Design, but I was just stunned at the beauty of these dies and knew I could use them by themselves. Watch for another camp card using the Flowering Vine dies soon.
