Leaves of Holly: Christmas Wishes

I forgot about this August Jingle Jump card until I was reviewing my posting list, so this is a second bonus card for theĀ Leaves of Holly blog hop with the Stamp Review Crew.

This is a simple card — evergreen boughs and holly leaves — made impressive with dramatic colors. (And the red rhinestones don’t hurt, either!) It’s not often that I add layer upon layer and a handful of die cuts to my cards, but particularly not for the Jingle Jump projects. Do you think you could complete this card in ten minutes, if the card base, Mossy Mossy Meadow mat, and Pear Pizzazz panel were already cut for you?

This label die with attached holly leaves is beautiful, isn’t it? I have to admit I was initially puzzled by the die cut that creates the back of those two leaves, but it’s genius. Stamping the sentiment on the label is so easy because of the clear photopolymer stamp.
