This card, the 4th from November camps, was inspired by Chris Smith. I had been struggling with how to use this beautiful die-cut border and somehow never thought to use it like this! I especially love the white base, which makes this card appropriate for a variety of occasions.
Instead of die cutting the floral edge directly from the card front (much room for error there!), I found it easier to cut it from a separate strip. I trimmed 3/4” from the card front, then lined up the stitching with the edge of the card front. The strip of DSP attached to the inside is 1″ wide.
After a stressful morning-plus yesterday, I am ready to take the advice of this sentiment! How about you?
