I try not to use the word “perfect” when stamping, because that’s way too much pressure on us. We are not machines, we are crafters; I want my cards to bring happiness, not to impress.

So, my point about learning how to tie a knot in ribbon is that the result is pretty (not necessarily perfect) and the card can be mailed without extra postage.

I’m sorry this ribbon is retired, but I still can enjoy the gingham ribbon that’s part of the Flowers for Every Reason Ribbon Combo Pack.
