After this weekend’s All-Occasions Stamp-a-Stack, I’ll be assembling valentines that absolutely must go in the mail Monday! Absolutely!
I am blessed to have a wonderful helper in Elizabeth Hamilton. Some of you have met her at various events; she’s an excellent stamper and fun to work with. We start off with lots of chatter, but before long there is no noise but the slicing of the paper cutter, the squeak of the Big Shot, and the tap-tap-tap of stamp on ink pad!
I couldn’t help but order the Heartfelt stamp set in the January-June 2020 Mini Catalog. With a name like that, it was made for me! The two coordinating punches are wonderful, of course, and I’m happy to have one with a scalloped edge. Although I love die cutting, for mass production you can’t beat punches! Next week Peter and I will be making class treats using the Heart Foil Tins for his party on Friday. After cleanup on Saturday afternoon, it will be all about the hearts!
Aren’t those the cutest heart postage stamps? I’m not the only one who coordinates postage to the occasion or the card inside the envelope, am I?
If you’re wondering about the clipboard sign in the background, it was from a Stampin’ Up! kit years ago. There are ten or twelve pieces to clip on. If I could find an easel clipboard like this, I’d definitely build a class around it!
