See? I told you I say “hello” a lot, and now here’s the third friendly card in two weeks! This January camp card was a variation on a project I designed for my Heartfelt Inkspiration team meeting earlier this month. I love these flowers, even though “tropical” hardly describes an Illinois January! I kept the card pale and soft, using Shimmery White paper for the embossed tag. Its color is just creamy enough that it offers a lovely contrast to the Whisper White background..
Do not adjust your set! (If you remember that phrase, you’re as ancient as I am!) Yes, there are two green smudges along the left side of the card, thanks to my inky fingers. I’ll go ahead and trim this card front down to use on another card base, but I wanted to offer public proof that it happens to me, too!
We colored this ribbon using the technique I showed in this Tuesday Tip post. It’s just so clever!
