Our friend Kay, fourth member of our dominoes group, has been gone for seven months. It has been a hard time for her husband, and for us. Kay’s birthday was Saturday, so I made this card for her husband to tell him we were thinking about him and remembering her.
Kay loved pink! Last week I shared this image not in shades of pink, but this is what my stamper and I were experimenting with a few weeks ago. Here I think you can see the touches of yellow on the leaves:
I tried out the new Shimmery Crystal Effects on the center, but I don’t think you can see it. This product takes a bit of time to dry, especially here in north central Illinois where it has been uncomfortably humid!
