To be honest, I am a little intimidated by the Timeless Arrangements bundle. I have seen stunning projects using it, but … I am hanging back, trying to figure out where I will go with it. The card on page 154 of the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog is one of those stunning projects. But of all the details on that card, it was the little flower image that I couldn’t take my eyes off.
So I started simply, with a tried-and-true triplet layout. I’ve already done a couple of these cards with different colors for the card base and flowers. They go together quickly — it’s just enough coloring to be fun, not tedious! This is a birthday card for a friend, but it’s certainly suitable for other occasions. Before I put this in the envelope, I brushed each flower with Wink of Stella for some shimmer.
I was on the fence about Moody Mauve, but it is beautiful IRL! This is why I buy the assortment pack of In Colors cardstock — I can test drive each color before investing in ink and Stampin’ Blends.
