Welcome once again to a Stamp Review Crew blog hop! It’s the third Monday of the month, which is when you can expect to see the hop — as well as the first Monday. In today’s spotlight is the Nuts about Squirrels two-step stamp set, found on page 50 of the Stampin’ Up! 2022-2023 Annual Catalog.
Remember that you can see the list of stampers participating today by clicking the banner above. There are only a few of us today, so there’s no need to rush. And perhaps you’ve already spent time at Cindy Elam’s blog, Heart’s Delight Cards, and love what you saw there!
We have active squirrels in our yard nearly all year round, but they seem particularly busy in the fall, burying nuts off a nearby oak tree and peanuts that our neighbor generously provides. (Come to think of it, I am also busy prepping for winter, but my food is going into the freezer and canning jars!) I imagined this squirrel hiding out in a wreath on the front door of someone’s house, stealing acorns for a later meal. He looks guilty (and not very well hidden), doesn’t he? But so cute and fun to watch!
You can spy two stamp sets/bundles that are not Nuts about Squirrels on this birthday note card: Cottage Wreaths and Fond of Autumn.
I’m not so sure squirrels jump into piles of leaves just for fun, but this one looks like he’s ready to experience it for himself!
This is another note card, but I’m using this as a get-well card — as in, hope you’re feeling bright-eyed and bushy-tailed!
I’ll be talking more this week about these cards, so please come back. But now it’s time to visit Rubber Redneck and see what Holly Krautkremer has for you!
Very clever Debra, love your card. So versatile
Happy Fall
Thanks, Vicki!
