A big greeting is required for this bold Christmas card, and I am glad I kept this host-only set. Truly, it’s a challenge to have enough sentiments for my Jingle Jump sessions, so I have several retired sets just for that purpose.
I have used many sheets of this Sale-A-Bration paper; all the prints were excellent, and this one was suitable for occasions in addition to Christmas. Well done, Stampin’ Up! — and stampers can look forward to more fabulous Designer Series Paper during Sale-A-Bration in January-February 2022!
This is another example of the power of color consistency when using Stampin’ Up! products. This is a pretty simple card, but having the sentiment and holly leaves match the patterned paper provides a kind of energy, I think.
Today begins my Christmas vacation, and I’m surprised (and a little dismayed) that the first four items on my to-do list for this time off begin “Clean up …” — and that’s just the digital housework!
From a practical standpoint, I have always loved the time around New Year’s, when so many aspects of my life can be re-set. Let’s build some shelves! Let’s go through the boxes of old memories that no one else wanted and scan or toss! Let’s make a trip (or two, or three) to Salvation Army! Let’s get our tax things in order! Let’s plan next year’s veg garden! Let’s sleep in!
What’s on your list?
