Our neighbor loves her cat – well, all the cats she’s lived with through her life. Currently Merrigold resides with her. She doesn’t look like this cat, but our neighbor was thrilled anyway with this birthday card.
Nine Lives, from the Stampin’ Up! 2019 Occasions Catalog, is a set with several two-step stamping images. The photopolymer stamps make this easy, but the Stamparatus makes it super easy! You might not think that would be true, but aligning the stamps before they’re inked up takes a lot of the pressure off!
Do you see that little ruffled border at the bottom of the note card? It’s a die from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits set, also from the Occasions Catalog. Stampers in February used it to create a sweet detail on the envelope flap!
So here’s to creating tabbies or tigers by the dozen in all sorts of color variations! And happy birthday, Melba!
