A fresh start

Remember when Queen Elizabeth talked about the annus horribilis?  That was 1992, a year of so many problems for the royal family.

That’s kind of the way 2019 has been for me so far, although we’re only two months in to the year and my issues pale by comparison!

Some of you have read (here and in my newsletter) about my blog hosting issues.  I won’t go into the details here, except to say that there were days when I changed the password twice.  (Oh, and if you want to hear my opinion of how GoDaddy handled this, please contact me.) Now, however, on the cusp of a new month, I am back in business here and ready to move on!  Warmer weather (before long), more sunlight, Cubs’ spring training, new classes – life is good again!

I never got to show you one of the January camp projects; this one was my husband’s valentine. Stampers know that frequently the cards we make at camp are ready to be mailed to a recipient as soon as the month’s camps are finished. Or, in this case, ready for the dining room table for our Valentine’s Day breakfast!

Forever Lovely | I typically make a red and black valentine each year for my husband. This one had a little more zing than usual, thanks to the Lovely Lipstick Foil heart! Please click to read more! | Stampin' Up! | HeartfeltInkspiration.com | Debra Burgin

It seriously disappointed me that the Grapefruit Grove & Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheets disappeared so quickly from the Sale-A-Bration lineup of freebies. Just when we were getting warmed up!
