Simple and elegant

SMH, it finally dawned on me why so many of my cards were smudged in my photos.  Yes, the smudge was on the camera lens, not the cards.  Sigh.

This simple and elegant Jingle Jump card is “me” all over!  I never get tired of heat embossing with silver on white.

I like using that bow-around-a-piece-of-ribbon treatment.  But it can be a challenge if you have only two hands.  Here’s a tip:  Cut the piece of ribbon (the Poppy Parade here), and use washi tape to secure the ends to your Grid Paper so the ribbon’s not quite flat.  Then knot the twine around the ribbon and tie the bow.  Remove the tape, affix the “bow” to your project, and trim the ends.

I’m thrilled that everything used on this card will be with us when the 2018 Holiday Catalog sales period ends on January 2!
