Rhino

Like many stampers, I love Animal Outing, a new set in Stampin’ Up!’s 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  And like thousands of demos, I received the set at OnStage in April.  That’s a lot of people using this set!

This June camp card is CASEd from Brian King; I just upped the playfulness factor a little bit.  We watercolored the rhino image with ink refills and the bird with Watercolor Pencils.  (Do you love those as much as I do?  Just wait till August!)

At camp, we used the Stamparatus to stamp the rhino on pre-cut Watercolor Paper circles in StazOn ink.  It can be a bit of a challenge to stamp a good impression because of the texture of the paper, and sometimes it’s hard to know if you’ve inked up enough, or even how juicy the StazOn pad is.

The fact that you can re-ink the stamp and stamp over your first attempt in precisely the same place is a super feature of the Stamparatus — as several stampers found out for themselves with this card!
