Hello, stampers! It’s time for another Stamp Review Crew blog hop, with all kinds of inspiration from one beautiful stamp set: Petal Palette, from the Stampin’ Up! 2018 Occasions Catalog. This mega collection of 15 red rubber stamps is one of my favorite sets in this seasonal catalog. It’s just the kind of fresh and pretty feeling I’m (sometimes impatiently) awaiting during these waning days of winter in north central Illinois.
You may have arrived here via Cindy’s blog, Heart’s Delights Cards. Cindy is a perpetual source of inspiration for me — I’m sure for you, too! (Click the banner above for a list of blogs for this hop, and remember that all SRC hops are accessible at any time by visiting the Stamp Review Crew blog.)

My second card uses just one of the stamps to create a kind of vine. I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to help. This card reminds me so much of my mother’s style: classy and feminine. She loved pink, but may have thought the dots were a bit too much! I’m not sure if you can tell that there’s a layer of vellum under the stamped panel and on top of the embossed pink panel:
Thanks for visiting — I’d love if you’d take a moment to comment! Then on you go over to Holly’s blog, Rubber Redneck. I know you’ll love what she has to show you!
