Berry Burst Season of Cheer

Still working on your cards?  Here is a simple one with lots of WOW — if you don’t have this sentiment (from the retiring Watercolor Christmas stamp set), of course substitute another.

I’m not sure why I had such a hard time getting started with Fresh Fig; I love most purples!  I decided to use lots of neutrals on this Jingle Jump card, and that worked for me.

By the way, the sparkle in the center of the embossed snowflake is one of my favorite “keep it flat” tricks:  simply punch a small circle from Glimmer Paper and flat adhere it with a Glue Dot.

Beautiful card! What did you cut the vellum paper at? This is a great card for the 18 co-workers I make cards for . Love ir!

Paula, I don’t have that card any more, but I’m pretty sure the vellum was cut at 4-1/4″ and 3-5/8″ — you can get 6 of those from one piece of vellum. Thanks for your comment!

Gorgeous card! Have not used my Fresh Fig cardstock & this card is perfect for it. Awesome design!! Love the vellum!

Beautiful and simple. How did you attach the vellum so that no adhesive is showing?

    • Debra Burgin says:

There is a Glue Dot on the back of the Vellum behind the Glimmer circle in the center of the snowflake and adhesive behind the sentiment oval. Thanks for your comment, Sandra!
