We are finally experiencing some late fall weather here, with high temps only in the mid-40s for the next week. Truthfully, we had the fireplace(s) going a few evenings ago; I love having the warmth in the studio when I have camp down there, and it looks so nice, too.
However, that doesn’t mean I am starting to celebrate Christmas yet! Sure I’ve played holiday music for the two Jingle Jump weekends in September and a week ago, but that’s enough for now! I’ll ease into Christmas with classical pieces first, then meditative choral selections, then sing-along (bring on the Bing!) music.

It’s simple but has a lot of impact, I think. I love the Quilted Christmas 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper and was able to offer one piece of each pattern in the pack to participants in Inkspiration Saturday a few weeks ago.
The focal point is a sentiment from the wonderful Watercolor Christmas set. It coordinates with the Watercolor Christmas Project Kit — if you love these products, consider joining one of the kit classes in mid-November. Read more about the Watercolor Christmas Kit Class here.
