Olive bucket or basket?

Did you wonder why I compared the OnStage display stamping experience to the Food Network show Chopped?  In both situations, there seems to be no logic to the items in the box!  I received a stamp set, but not the dies to cut out the images.  I received a set of dies, but no packaging to explain how they should be used and no coordinating stamp set.  Then there were some embellishments that simply perplexed me!

So it was fun to see the new catalog and and the big picture of the products I received!

I suppose this container in this sweet image could be a basket, but I saw it as a vintage olive bucket and so colored that way.

I colored the strip of Glossy White Cardstock with a scrunched-up baby wipe dabbed into several different ink pads.  The look here is subtle (and reminds me of when we used to “rag” paint walls), but you can create some drama with a heavier hand.

2017-2018 Annual Catalog Sneak Peeks:

  • At Home with You stamp set
  • Pool Party 3/8″ Shimmer Ribbon
  • 8-1/2″ x 11″ Glossy White Cardstock
