Welcome to the latest edition of The Stamp Review Crew’s twice-monthly blog hop, this one featuring Sprinkles of Life. (Perhaps you’ve arrived from Shana’s blog, Stress-Free Stamping; remember you can find your way around the blog hop by clicking the banner, above.)
You can see this set inside the back cover of the new Stampin’ Up! catalog. Because of the money SU! donates to Ronald McDonald House Charities, I’ve always appreciated the RMHC stamp sets, but Sprinkles of Life jumped to the top of my wish list because it’s just so cute!
I designed this card for my annual Hostess Appreciate event last month, inspired by a card by Amanda Mertz — hers was the first “bird on a branch” design I saw. I really wanted to add these vellum clouds, achieved with Whisper White Craft ink that was heat set to dry the ink and pop the color. Thank goodness for the coordinating Tree Builder Punch that makes this fussy work a breeze!
The product list for this card is below, then you’re on to Linda Callahan’s Stampin’ Seasons to see what she has to show you. Have fun!
