Stamp Review Crew: Petite Petals

SRC-Petite-Petals-bannerJune!  Flowers!  Celebrations!  Perfect timing for this Stamp Review Crew blog hop featuring Petite Petals!  I’m the first stop on this blog hop, but if you’re not starting here, you may have come from Linda Callahan’s Stampin’ Seasons blog.  I love to see (and copy) her creations!

I designed this card in my head months ago, but finally had two reasons to execute it:  this blog hop and an acquaintance of ours who is moving away to be closer to her daughter’s family.  I understand her heartstrings being tugged toward the grandchildren, but she will be missed in our church.  Blessings to you, Jean!

I must disclose that I did not eyeball the placement of these 15 flowers.  Pretty sure that wouldn’t have ended well.  I did have some tricks to help — how would you have accomplished this?

I apologize for including Daffodil Delight Seam Binding ribbon, which is retired; no wonder it wasn’t in my ribbon drawer(s).  And after I took this photo, I realized I had skipped the Dazzling Details on one of the flowers.  I waited for it to dry and rushed to the post office!

Debra Burgin Petite Petals Farewell

And now you have the treat of seeing what Yapha has created over at Stamps & Scraps with Yapha — enjoy!
