“Are we that odd?”

That’s what DH said as we neared the end of our 8-hour shopping trip for something to hold our TV in the family room.  That doesn’t include the two other trips made far from home.  Searching for something that doesn’t exist — or that is out of style — is a classic situation for us.

Now I like car trips with my husband, and we had a very nice lunch mid-day, but around 3:00 I was imagining the headline, “WOMAN’S HEAD EXPLODES IN FURNITURE STORE!”

I did some stamping last night, but nothing for publication.  Hard to be creative with a splitting headache.

It’s hard to shop when you have an idea in your mind of what you want and can’t find it. I’ve done that so many times. Good luck. At least lunch was good!

Furniture shopping is the worst! We finally ended up getting a custom tv stand made.

We use the guy who owns Woodworks on Pleasant. Dale Ludwig is his name. Patience is required, but he makes great products!
