A spring thank you

Debra Burgin Spring thank youThis is one of the cards available to make at Saturday’s All-Occasions Stamp-a-Stack.  (Thanks to Amy O’Neill for the inspiration.)  It’s simple — as are all the cards.  That little piece of Designer Series Paper creates a lot of drama, don’t you think?  It’s from the Spring Catalog’s Print Poetry Paper Stack.  I hope Stampin’ Up! keeps offering these pads of interesting and versatile patterns.  I love that you don’t have a huge commitment — you know, some of us find it difficult to cut into a 12″ x 12″ sheet — these pieces are just 4½” x 6½”.

Not sure what’s up with the colors in the photo; it’s all Very Vanilla, no white.

Stamps:  Blooming with Kindness (p. 87)

Ink/Color:  Raspberry Ripple, Summer Starfruit, Stampin’ Write Marker (Gumball Green)

Paper:  Very Vanilla, Primrose Pink, Print Poetry Designer Series Paper Paper Stack*, 1¼” Circle Punch, 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon (Summer Starfruit), Stampin Dimensionals

My kind of card! Perfect for making ahead and then adding the words needed to fit the occasion when that occasion arises.
