Light and bright

Debra Burgin Chrisy ws #2I’m not ashamed to say this is nearly an exact copy of a card I saw on the web — but I’m sorry I can’t tell you who designed it as the watermark was unreadable.  Even though I don’t use orange very much, the splash of it on this mostly white card is welcome!

This is the second of my workshop cards this month.  This little 1/4″ strip is easy to cut on our new Stampin’ Trimmer — you just work across the strip, cutting off from the right side of the card stock.  It goes quickly, but for Super Saturday this weekend I’m cutting 110 of them and 110 that are 3/8″ wide.  I start with a piece 6″ wide and measure to 5⅝” then to 5¼” then to 4⅞” then to 4½” etc. etc. etc. until there’s not enough to hold onto.  Then I start over with another piece.  It’s just about making me crazy, and I wonder why I designed the card that way!
