Birthday pocket card

Debra Burgin Birthday Pocket CardI am deep into preparation for Super Saturday, which is coming up just two weeks from Saturday.  Yikes!  The other day I suddenly felt as if I was losing ground, so I’ve been doing some intense work on my projects.  It’s better now that I’ve submitted my giant supply order!

Meanwhile, it occurred to me that I haven’t always shared Super Saturday projects with you — and this is one of them, from last spring.  I’ve always liked pocket cards and enjoyed creating this variation.  The edge is cut with an Edgelit and embossed with the coordinating folder.

Seeing this card again reminds me how much I loved working with the satin ribbon.  I wonder what Stampin’ Up! will surprise us with in June with the new catalog?  When I look at my schedule for the next few months, that doesn’t seem very far away!
