There’s only one you

Debra Burgin 1301 CH #2Yes, you’re unique!  This card, however, isn’t — it’s one of several I made for birthdays and other events this week and next.  I don’t usually make multiples, but all of a sudden time was getting short.  And because I’m fighting a sinus infection, I had to take advantage of my energy when I had it.  Much of the past week I’ve felt like I caught half my head in a car door.  I’m a mess.

I think this Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper is just fabulous — all of it.  Of course, getting it free doesn’t hurt, either!  I love the Sycamore Street flag banner in the Sale-A-Bration brochure, but you must see this IRL to get the full impression.

The coordinating colors include Tangerine Tango, but I love the way Calypso Coral looks with this print.  Because I didn’t want to over-embellish, I simply punched a small circle on each side of the sentiment to let the card front show through.  I like the way it mimics the circles in the paper, too.
