Faux Metal Medallion

Debra Burgin 1211 Faux Metal MedallionThis card, another of November’s evergreen camp cards, is a CASE from Amy O’Neill, with a slight — but important — twist.  The technique of the month was Faux Metal.  It’s an old stamping technique that creates the effect of the sealing wax that I affixed to envelopes when I was a teenager.  (Yes, an old technique!)  It’s stunning IRL.

Here, the faux metal medallion replaces a bulkier button.  This is a very mail-friendly card!
