So simple, so yum! It’s 1/4 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt layered with about 1/2 cup of fruit in a jelly jar. On top, a couple tablespoons of Grape Nuts (add them just before eating so they are crunchy). This would be adorable to take on a picnic, but the heat index is already 101° at 10:15, so we are staying cool at home. Still, my morning started early and I need just a little snack!
