The last artichoke

Debra Burgin 1205 ArtichokeI guess I never showed you the completed card made with the lovely artichoke stamp from Homegrown (may it rest in peace).  Also on this card is 3/8″ Denim Jean Ribbon — but only the Artichoke version is retiring.  It’s kind of a peculiar color, not really the same Always Artichoke as the other Stampin’ Up! products.  More like a khaki.  Not a bad green, just a different one.  And it has the feel of a fabric tape, like denim.

So on the final version of this card, we sponged some Early Espresso ink over the embossed Always Artichoke mat to call out the brown in the ribbon.  Don’t settle for a plain color when you can create a custom version of your very own!
