A fabric flower

Debra Burgin Floral fabric pinEven though my stamp camps this month center around fabric/quilting ideas, this isn’t one of the projects; it was the Super Saturday favor of a few weeks ago.  I first made one of these fabric pins at Stampin’ Up! Leadership Conference in 2011 in Nashville and fell in love with the concept.  They are easy to make (even in quantity), thanks to the Big Shot.  A staple (!) and some hot glue holds everything together, and the more scrunched up, the better.  One of my stampers told me her flower went through the laundry and still looked great!
