And if I can’t see the money, at least let me know where it is! As part of the New Year kick-off, I reorganized my desk area, tucking my checkbooks into a drawer rather than in an Ikea organizer on top of the desk.
The problem is that I have four checkbooks. Three of them have dark covers. I’ve been wanting something distinctive for my business checkbook for some time, and this surge of organization was the perfect opportunity. Now this is a checkbook I can locate in a dark drawer!
I’m using Designer Series Paper from the Holiday Mini, Spice Cake. (Did you know the Spice Cake fabric is still available? See more HERE.) I added a shadow behind the Timeless Type die-cut letters so they’d stand out more, adhering the shadow to each letter before putting it on the Framelit label. I cleverly used the Stripes embossing folder on the label to assist with alignment. Looks pretty straight to me!
