This is one of our stamp camp cards this month. As I’ve said to my stampers, I am just waiting for a little elf to peek out from behind one of the trees. The details on this card give it a whimsical feel, I think, like
- The vellum “mat” behind each tree, punched and embossed
- The white ink smooshed and swirled into the blue card front
- The Real Red panel stamped with the Netting background stamp
The lesson? To take a card “to the next level,” don’t leave any element plain. Do something unexpected, like adding the red tree base.
Have you used the new(ish) Wild Wasabi embossing powder? Love it!
