At the blog hop this past weekend, I told how some of my stampers asked to use Stampin’ Pastels for a project or two. It’s a challenge: I don’t want to bring the whole case to camp, but how to package one or two of them to use? This was my old case (the new one is still in plastic!), so I just popped each one out and placed it in an empty embellishment box with a cotton ball. A good concept in theory, but in practice each pastel cracked into several pieces. Sigh. Suggestions? Could they be brittle with age? (I know I feel like that sometimes!)
The technique for Poppin’ Pastels is simple, but I’ll show you tomorrow anyway.
