A flower for the season

Debra Burgin 1106 Flower of the SeasonI finally had time during the baby’s morning nap yesterday to mark up my catalog with the retiring sets.  Gulp!  This one, A Flower for All Seasons, is one of my favorites.  I had already planned to use it for camp this afternoon; little did I know it would be a farewell tour!

I don’t mourn the retiring sets.  Yes, I’m sorry that some favorites are leaving, but change is good when it comes to design and inspiration.  Would you want to be stamping with the same sets you used ten years ago?  Me either!

And this afternoon I’ll receive my copy of the upcoming 2011-2012 Stampin’ Up! Idea Book & Catalog, along with some new products we demonstrators are able to order early.  If you’re looking for me tonight, I’ll be on the back porch with a Diet Pepsi and the new catty!  Come to think of it, don’t look for me tonight!

Will you be getting a free catalog?  You will if you are signing up for a fall hostess club or committing to a date for a home workshop.  Otherwise, be sure you let me know to reserve a copy for you.  If you let me know by June 27, you’ll get your catalog wire bound with some extra little goodies included for just $5.00 (plus shipping, if necessary).

  1. Love how you used the flower die to frame your stamped image! I will miss this stamp set — a little bit. Looking forward to seeing some new stamps very soon!
