Two fruits

Debra Burgin Two fruitsWe made these cards for a workshop a few weeks ago and for last week’s camp at Colonial House.  (That’s a private camp for residents there.)  I like to keep my designs simple but still with some punch.  I think these cards fit the bill — perfect for summer!

I try to make a small quantity of the same card to have on hand so that when DH finds an acquaintance with a milestone birthday that’s been noted in the newspaper, I’m ready to go.  It’s easy to add a punched sentiment to the front.

Stamps:  Tart & Tangy

Ink:  Assorted Stampin’ Write Markers

Paper:  Daffodil Delight/Pear Pizzazz, Designer Series Paper Pack — In Color (Hostess only), Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie/Old Olive

Other:  Big Shot, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Tasteful Trim (still available!), punches (1-3/4″ Scallop Circle, 1-3/8″ Circle, 1-1/4″ Circle), 1/2″ Stitched-Poly Ribbon (Peach Parfait/Poppy Parade), Stampin’ Dimensionals
