What are friends for?

2011 Sharon Dungan Leadership swapI didn’t do any “floor” swapping when I went to Leadership in January.  Instead, because I knew I didn’t have time to create dozens and dozens of cards, I signed up for organized swaps.  They were amazing, and I’m ashamed that I haven’t shared any of those cards (and 3-D projects) with you yet.  I will!

Meanwhile, I must have looked pathetic (and maybe friendless) as I watched the enthusiastic swapping going around me, so someone standing near me took pity on me and gifted me with this amazing card.  Thank you, Sharon Dungan!

Basic Black + Very Vanilla = Fabulous!

Stamps:  Vintage Vogue, God’s Blessings

Ink:  StazOn Jet Black

Paper:  Very Vanilla, Basic Black

Other:  1¼” Striped Grosgrain Ribbon (Basic Black)

Beautiful! And you know, you were completely surrounded by friends. I mean, you were at LEADERSHIP!

  3. I’m going to steal Yapha’s word: striking. Such a great looking card and I love that it’s not a complicated or expensive card to make. TFS

This is truly stunning!! So glad you shared it (and I’m hard pressed to believe that you could appear “pathetic” or “friendless”). 🙂
