Heart en Français

Debra Burgin Heart en FrancaisA card by Teneale Williams inspired me to design this January camp card.  I loved the words and flowers on that punched heart, and set about to recreate the look.  After much experimentation, it finally occurred to me that she was not using two stamps, as I was, she was using the hostess set Punch Potpourri.

Well, I don’t have that (at least, I haven’t put it together), so we used En Français and Elements of Style.  I love the way this turned out.

Stamps:  En Français (p. 142), Elements of Style (p. 133)

Ink:  Certainly Celery, Basic Gray, Basic Black, Stampin’ Write Markers (assorted)

Paper:  Soft Suede, Pirouette Pink, Certainly Celery, Whisper White

Other:  Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder, 3/8″ Taffeta Ribbon (Whisper White), Full Heart punch, Punch Windows Magnetic Movers & Shapers (Heart), Stampin’ Dimensionals

I came across your blog through an email link someone posted. I absolutely fell in love with your style. I am inspired to try stamping my backgrounds using the triangle method. Your work speaks volumes. Thank you for sharing your Inspiration and Talent!
    Much appreciation,
