Snowflake trio

Debra Burgin 1011 Snowflake trioSimple can be very effective!  This card uses a tried-and-true layout:  a series of three blocks, images offset.  (See another example here.)  Here, instead of being stamped, the snowflakes are die cut from the Northern Frost Decorative Strip die.  (Very well used in my studio!)  Note the power of a monochromatic design:  clean, uncomplicated, and easy.

I’m not sure why I took the picture when I did — the final version we’ve been making in camp this month has a Basic Rhinestone on at least one of the snowflakes and at the end of the sentiment.

Stamps:  Christmas Greetings (p. 44)

Ink:  VersaMark

Paper:  Real Red, Whisper White, Cherry Cobbler

Other:  Northern Frost Decorate Strip die (Holiday Mini), Heat Tool and Stampin’ Emboss Powder (White), Basic Rhinestones, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Simple is beautiful! And I am sure the black rhinestones are the perfect touch. I personally am stocking up on those babies since they don’t appear to be in the next mini!
