A go-to card layout

Debra Burgin Autumn DaysWhen I don’t want to spend a lot of time experimenting with techniques and embellishments, this is my go-to layout.  You’ve seen me use it many times, especially since it’s made from 1/8 of a full sheet of random stamping.  The panel is 5-1/2″ (long side cut in half) by 2-1/8″ (short side cut in fourths).  A piece of leftover trim from cutting rick rack is tucked under the side, and the sentiment was stamped on a scrap and adhered to another scrap.  Done in a flash!

Stamps:  Autumn Splendor, Sincere Salutations

Ink:  Cajun Craze, Old Olive, Soft Suede

Paper:  Cajun Craze, Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Old Olive

Other:  Tasteful Trim die, Stampin’ Dimensionals

Beautiful card, and I can see why this is you go-to layout 🙂 And I love to make my own DSP too, so much easier to get exactly what you have in mind.

  5. So fun! I love the little zig zag.
