Tuesday was our last stamp camp of the month, and a lively one it was! Despite the blustery weather, it was cozy and downright raucous (at times) in the studio. When I signed up 5½ years ago to be a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator, I had no idea just how much fun I could have helping people uncover their creativity!
I started experimenting with the “faux barn board” technique on this Bitty Box and perfected my technique for this camp card. (At least, it’s perfect for me!) There’s really no right or wrong way to achieve this look; I’ll post my technique for next week’s Tuesday Tip.
We used Stampin’ Spots to color the leaf here — ink directly to the paper. Everyone’s leaf was unique, just like in nature! A crumpling of the leaf (ouch!) increased the looks-real effect.
