Paper roses

Remember that song?  Marie Osmond singing?  Someone I knew thought the line was “Take her roses”!  And you know how that mistake gets stuck in your head….  You’re welcome — happy to share!

Yowie, it’s nearly the end of the month, so I thought I’d better share some May camp projects.  My Tuesday Tip this week was about marking your Big Shot dies, and this was the project I was prepping that required so many scalloped circles.  Come back Tuesday for a little tutorial on this technique.  It’s simple and very impressive.

This little tote holds some lip balm — in a coordinating color, of course! — nested in stamped tissue.

Stamps:  All Holidays, Celebrate Everything

Ink:  Only Orange*, Pumpkin Pie

Paper:  Only Orange*, Razzleberry Lemonade DSP, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White

Other:  Big Shot, Box #2 and Scallop Circle #2 dies, Sticky Strip, Large Oval Punch, Silver Brad, 1/2″ Polka-Dot Grosgrain Ribbon (Melon Mambo), 1/8″ punch, tissue wrapping paper

*retiring color
