Speaking of dots

The dotted-Swiss effect of the Perfect Polka Dots Stampin’ Up! Textured Impressions Die used on Vellum Card Stock is quite charming.  I used it on this card (inspired by Rosemarie Diehl) to tone down the intensity of the stamped panel.  Yes, these are the same leaves used last month.  Another little tip:  just a Glue Dot holds the little tag to the ribbon.  No need to punch a teeny tiny hole and tie a teeny tiny string!  Although that would look cute, this gives pretty much the same effect with no deep sighing.
