I’m not so sure about this color combo.  I was pleased with the coloring on the hat — the color of that ribbon is a little softer than it shows here — but I think I made a mistake with the mat.  But there I was, committed to that (because I used the Multi Purpose Adhesive), and I had to find other colors that worked with it. Many tries later, I landed on this.  DH likes it, and that’s good enough for me.

That subtle pattern in the paper echoes the weave of the hat.  The surprise on this card?  No Big Shot used — not that I didn’t try!
